At Presshue, every product is made to order just for you. We take quality seriously and stand behind everything we make.
Print-on-Demand Policy
Because our products are custom-made when you place your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. We encourage you to review the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We will offer a free replacement or a full refund depending on your preference and product availability.
Lost Orders
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
